- Follow interest.There is no correct order and no need to ask anyone to remember or explain.
- Welcome every response.Looking, listening, humming, singing, comfortable movement, making, sharing or stillness all belong.
- Use one section at a time.For one person or a group, share the screen if helpful and let the response set the pace.
- Pause freely.Stop when attention moves elsewhere. Return later, another day or at another point in Autumn.
- Keep choice private.Nothing is sent automatically. Saving or sharing a moment is always optional and deliberate.
Watching quietly is complete participation. The value is the shared moment—not how much is completed.
